Which size does my dog need?
That depends on your dog's chest and neck, not on weight. Each size has a range for both:
- XS: chest 28-38 cm, neck 23-29 cm
- S: chest 36-52 cm, neck 27-36 cm
- M: chest 43-59 cm, neck 34-42 cm

How do I measure my dog?
Let your dog stand calmly. Measure the chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and the neck where a collar would sit. Keep the tape snug without pressing it into the coat. A step-by-step explanation is in the size guide.
How does the harness fit?
The harness is adjustable at the neck and chest, which is why the sizes overlap. Choose the size where your measurement falls in the middle of the range, not at the edge. That leaves room to adjust, for example for a thicker winter coat. Set correctly, there is room for two fingers between the strap and the coat.
Can I try it on at home?
Yes. Try it on indoors and send it back as you received it if it doesn't fit. You have 14 days to exchange or return. For an exchange we send the new size free of charge; you pay for the return shipping. We can't take back a harness that has been worn outside. Everything about returns is on shipping and exchanges.
When will my order arrive?
Within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping in the Netherlands is free from €25; below that you pay €4.50.
