Shipping
Shipping is free throughout the Netherlands on orders of €25 and over. Below that, shipping costs €4.50, VAT included. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days to exchange or return, starting from the moment your order is delivered.
Exchanges. You pay for the return shipping. We will send the new harness to you free of charge.
Returns. You pay for the return shipping. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount.
Trying on is allowed
You can't know if a harness fits without trying it on. So that's allowed: check and try it on at home, just as you would in a store.
Please do so indoors, and return it in the condition you received it. A harness that has been outside or washed cannot be resold and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
How it works
Email carla@holymolypets.com with your order number and whether you want to exchange or return. You will hear from us within 1 business day on how to return it.
Bought a gift?
The packing slip does not mention prices. If it doesn't fit after the birthday, please email us. We will work together to see what is possible.
Washing
Machine wash at 30 degrees, in a laundry bag for delicate items. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, and dry flat.

You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, or Klarna.
